How do you motivate your employees?
For me, my entire team is in the foreground. I see potential and strength in my team and
try to understand how they work best individually and together. I try to be the role model for my
employees with openness, honesty, transparency and trust. Employees who trust, open up, give honest
feedback and thus improve internal processes. I also try to involve my employees in decisions in
order to gain more understanding and commitment.

At the end of the day I want to be aware that I have done a good job. When you do your best on
a project and then see what comes out of it, you feel satisfied. If I can exceed the set
expectations - not because I have to, but because I want to - it gives me the good feeling of
having everything under control. You always have the opportunity to learn something new at work -
both professionally and in human interaction.

One of the most appreciated attitudes of my employees, besides their excellent

Why did you decide to co-found BR?
When we founded our company, I was still working as a freelancer. But when I got the
opportunity to found and build our company, a dream came true for me. I wanted to turn my passion
into a profession and gain real independence. I have analyzed my personality for a long time to
become aware of my strengths and weaknesses. Starting your own company goes hand in hand with a lot
of freedom, but also with great responsibility. Nobody tells you what to do - time management,
self-discipline and organizational talent are required. A healthy handling of stress, communication
skills and motivation is also helpful. I'm glad I took the step.

Why did you decide to co-found BR?
It has been my dream for a long time to have my own company. When the first real
opportunity with a potential customer came up in 2015, Anna and I took up the opportunity and
founded BR International Consulting Services GmbH.

I don't have a basic procedure for dealing with change. So far, my experience has shown
